Hair Extensions Manufacturer: Tape-in, I-tip, Weft
Extensions are a precision product disguised as a simple one. The hair must be double-drawn or honestly single-drawn, the cuticles aligned, the attachment hardware invisible and durable, and every piece in the pack the same length and weight — because a salon installs what you ship in front of a paying client. As a hair extensions manufacturer running the full process in-house, we control each of those variables on our own lines and sell to you at the price a trading company pays.
The Five Extension Types We Manufacture
- Tape-in extensions — the salon workhorse. Medical-grade adhesive tabs, thin and flat against the scalp, reusable across reinstalls. Tab size and adhesive strength per your market's preference.
- I-tip extensions — strand-by-strand application with micro rings, no heat and no glue. Tips are pre-bonded with Italian keratin, shaped for clean ring insertion.
- U-tip extensions — the hot-fusion classic. Keratin bonds sized for standard fusion tools, melting clean without residue that damages the client's hair.
- Clip-in extensions — the retail and e-commerce staple. Secure clips with silicone backing, wefts sewn flat so sets sit naturally. Sold as full sets with piece counts per your spec.
- Machine weft extensions — bulk wefts for sew-in installs, double-stitched against shedding, in the same hair stock as our raw hair bundles.
Hair Grades: What We Sell and What We Won't
We manufacture in remy and virgin grades, cuticle aligned, and we tell you plainly which grade your price target supports. What we will not do is sell acid-stripped, silicone-coated hair as "remy" — the industry shortcut that feels soft in the pack and tangles within weeks, taking your reviews down with it. Extensions live or die on cuticle alignment, because strands rub constantly in wear; that is why intake inspection at our factory checks alignment lot by lot before any hair reaches production. If your brand positions on longevity, ask for virgin grade and we will quote it; if it positions on value, remy quoted honestly beats "virgin" quoted dishonestly every time.

Customization, Private Label & MOQ
Color work is where extension brands differentiate, and it is fully available OEM: send your shade ring or swatches and we produce to your color spec, with samples approved before bulk. Set composition (piece counts, widths, weights), attachment hardware and packaging are all built to your spec. Private label packaging — boxes, hang tags, hair wraps, inserts — is produced to your artwork and applied at packing, salon-shelf ready. MOQ depends on type, grade and customization and is stated in your quotation; stock colors start from low quantities. Get numbers via the 24-hour quote page.
Quality Control on Extensions
Extensions pass the same gate system as our wigs: intake checks for cuticle alignment and color accuracy, in-line checks at attachment (tab adhesion strength, keratin bond integrity, clip tension, weft stitching), and finished-goods checks for length, weight and shade consistency pack to pack — part of the five-step QC process. As always, a physical sample becomes the benchmark for your bulk run; the sample policy covers cost and lead time.
Related Wholesale Categories
Salon suppliers typically pair extensions with glueless wigs for clients who want full coverage, and with raw bundles for sew-in clients. E-commerce brands often cross-list lace front wigs to capture customers graduating from clip-ins.
