Private Label Wigs & Packaging: Your Brand, Our Factory
A private label wig brand is won or lost in two places: the unit itself, and what the customer touches when the box arrives. Most suppliers can do one or the other. A trading company can arrange pretty packaging but controls neither the hair nor the production line; a packaging vendor can print anything but has never ventilated a wig. Because Wigiva is the factory — 30+ years manufacturing, 2,000+ workers, every production step in-house — private label here is a single workflow: the wigs and the packaging are specced together, produced under one roof's management, and married at our own packing stations.
What Private Label Includes at Wigiva
Private label is standard on OEM orders, not an exotic add-on:
- Woven labels sewn into the cap to your artwork and placement spec.
- Hang tags with your branding, barcode and care information.
- Custom boxes — rigid or folding, sized to the unit, printed to your design.
- Silk or satin bags with your logo for storage and unboxing.
- Care cards and inserts — including content written for your specific texture line, such as curl-care cards for curly wigs.
- Carton-level branding — shipping marks and carton printing so the outer packaging matches the inner.
How the Process Works
Artwork & Spec
Send your artwork files and packaging list. We confirm materials, dimensions and placement, and flag anything that will not survive printing or sewing before it costs you money.
Packaging Sampling
Physical packaging samples are produced for your approval — alongside your product sample, so you approve the complete retail object, not two separate guesses.
Production & Packing
Bulk production runs to your approved spec; labels are sewn and packaging applied at our packing stations, with carton-level checks at pre-shipment QC.
Restock
Repeat orders run from your confirmed spec and stored artwork — no re-setup, no re-approval unless you change something.
Packaging Options by Stage
Most brands build packaging in stages, and we price it that way. Stage one for new brands is usually labels plus hang tags — the lowest-cost items with the highest brand visibility. Stage two adds silk bags and care cards. Stage three is the full custom box program once volume justifies the tooling. Each stage's minimums and costs are quoted per project in writing, so you can sequence packaging investment against real sales rather than launch-day optimism. Confidentiality
Your artwork, packaging designs and product specs are used for your orders only. We are a production factory: our business is manufacturing under other people's brands, not competing with them at retail. Third-party audit reports and business documentation are available on request under NDA, and we are equally happy to work under your NDA for designs and specs.

Do you offer dropshipping or fulfillment under my brand?
