About Wigiva: A Real Wig Factory, Not a Trading Company
Who We Are
Wigiva is a human hair wig manufacturer in China. For more than 30 years we have produced wigs, hair bundles and extensions for overseas brands, salon chains and wholesale distributors — most of that time as the factory behind other people's labels. Today more than 2,000 workers run every production step inside our own facility: hair preparation, wefting, ventilation and knotting, cap construction, quality control and packing. We do not buy finished wigs and relabel them. We do not broker orders to anonymous workshops. We make the product, and we put our name on the relationship.
Why We Say "Not a Trading Company" on Every Page
Because the distinction decides your margin, your quality and your sanity. The typical trading-company model adds a markup — commonly 15–40% in this industry — on top of the factory price, while adding a communication layer between you and the people actually making your product. Every customization request becomes a negotiation relay. Every quality complaint becomes a three-way argument where nobody at the table touched the wig. Buying factory-direct does not mean sacrificing service. It means the service comes from people who can actually change the product.
How We Work With Buyers
Our customers fall into three groups, and we run a proven playbook for each. Wig and hair brands come to us for OEM/ODM: we build their constructions, hold their specs, and apply their private label packaging at our packing stations. Salon chains and retailers typically start from our proven product families — HD lace wigs, glueless wear-and-go units — and customize density, length and branding. Wholesale distributors buy volume across categories, from raw hair bundles to extensions, often on a rolling forecast with reserved production windows.
Whatever the group, the rhythm is the same: quotation within 24 hours, physical sample before bulk, dated production windows, QC against your approved sample, and a named thread of communication with people who work in the building where your product is made.
What We Make
Six product families anchor our wholesale catalog: HD lace wigs, lace front wigs, glueless and bob wigs, raw hair bundles, hair extensions, and curly/textured units. All are produced on our own lines with OEM customization as the default, not the exception.
